How easy does your state make it?
Getting your own vaccine record should take one click. In some places, it still doesn’t.
Based on each registry’s public options for adults, checked October 2026. Something changed? Tell us.
Wear it. Share it. Slap it on everything.
You did something for yourself and the people around you. Let them see it. Every sticker points back here, so the next person can check their record too.

Questions
- Does ivaccinated.org see my record?
- No. You look up your record directly with your state or territory. We never see it. If you ask for a sticker, we use your name and address only to mail it, and we never ask about your health.
- Why isn’t my vaccine showing?
- New doses can take a few days to appear, and only doses reported in that state show up. If one is still missing, ask the clinic or pharmacy that gave it to report it.
- My state doesn’t offer an online lookup. Now what?
- Pick your state anyway. We’ll show you exactly how to request your record. Your provider or pharmacy can also pull it up.
- Is this a government site?
- No. ivaccinated.org is a free public resource from the Alliance for Health Implementation Science (AHIS), a nonprofit. It sends you to official government registries.
